SUPPLY LIST

The following is the supply list for our class for the 2012-2013 school year. Please be sure to label all supplies with your child's name. Also, please purchase the books listed at the end of this page and send them in on the first day of school with your child's name on the inside front covers. Paperbacks and/or used copies in good condition are fine.

  • 3 glue sticks
  • Crayola colored pencils- 12 pack, sharpened
  • 1 box of 24 Crayola crayons
  • scissors
  • 2 blue or black ball point pens
  • 2 red ball point pens
  • pencil pouch
  • 1 small, closed pencil sharpener (one that holds the shavings inside)
  • 2 black Expo dry erase markers
  • 2 colored Expo dry erase markers (any color)
  • 1 12 count package of #2 pencils, sharpened
  • a ruler with inches and centimeters (not the bendable kind, please)
  • 5 stretchy book covers, large
  • 2 packages of loose leaf, wide ruled paper
  • 1" binder for Computer Lab
  • 1"binder for Social Studies
  • 1.5" binder for Language Arts
  • 2 composition books, any color
  • 3 single subject, wide ruled notebooks (each a different color, if possible)
  • 4 folders with pockets (each a different color, if possible)
  • 1 eight pack of dividers for our binders
  • 1 large pink eraser
  • 3 packs of baby wipes, rectangular boxes preferred
  • 3 boxes of tissues
  • 2 packs of paper towels
  • 1 package of white copy paper
  • Last names A-M-1 bottle of hand sanitizer
  • Last names N-Z-1 box of Crayola markers (to be shared by the class)

Due to space considerations, I would prefer if the students used backpacks that are worn on their backs rather than those that have wheels. It will save us floor space in the classroom and make things a bit more manageable.
